繼承者優良的血統, Chloe是Richard Madeley 和 Judy Finnigan女兒,同時也繼承著父母在電視機前表現的如魚得水的特殊技能。27歲的Chloe不僅僅是電視機前人們熟悉的明星,更是一個健身達人。最近她的Insta上的幾張照片悄悄的走紅,原因是很少有女生能將腿部的肌肉練成她這種程度。確實值得敬佩!

 

Here’s a little story for the #female #fitties out there… Last week, I was mosying around in my favourite leggings and a friend of mine was walking behind me. He suddenly laughed and told me that every time I moved, the #muscles in my lower #body would visibly #contract . He asked me if I could FEEL the difference since I started #training, could I feel my muscles? Did my body feel different even when I was relaxed? It was one of the most interesting questions I’ve been asked since I started training, and I had to stop and think. Obviously I feel #doms , but do I notice my muscles now that they’re significantly bigger in size? Only one place…my #quads . My #glutes , #hamstrings , #biceps , #triceps , #shoulders , #lats … All bigger, but I’d never know. My quads however…they’re tired. All the time. They’re heavy. They’re big. And I feel it. It got me thinking about my training, and now all #squats have been cut From my #workout plan. Why? Because I don’t feel the effects of squats in my glutes, only my quads. I’m hoping this will take some of that exhausted #muscular feeling away, but I suppose I’ll wait and see. #Genetically , we all have areas that respond incredibly well, and areas that take A LOT of work. That’s why when my glutes or #abs show up, I get SO excited. Watch your body as you #progress, you CAN make tweaks to your training and avoid getting “bulky” . It’s an ongoing process and we’re in it together #FitFam ! X

Current state of IT: Dehydrated Carb #depleted Full of #DOMS Full of #shin #splints So, currently #fasted #training and then I have a #photoshoot . Tonight I’m going to #rehydrate by #drinking a #gallon of #water and #refeed by #eating my #body #weight in #Mexican food. Tomorrow I’m going to have a #rest day because I’ve wrecked my lower body thinking it was an awesome idea to #sprint this weekend…unfortunately #sprinting is not something my shins are capable of managing. I’ll eat and rest and then start up again Wednesday, because my #goal is to take good care of my body while making continuous #progress with it.
